Not much experience giving only full body rub/massage with no formal training, but would love for some one to teach or direct what it is that I am doing right or wrong so I can get better. I have received a number of massages and paid attention to pick up tips from various masseuse over the years. I build bridges for a living and the physical work often makes for sore muscles and regular massage can be very helpful.
