I have been receiving massage since a sports injury occurred my mid-30's (1990's.)
I have a mostly intuitive approach to giving massage based on years of receiving massage therapy from paid therapists in the Charlotte area. I recently attended a music festival in Georgia where I was able to relieve soreness from shingles in ribs of one of the vocal performers. I spent the rest of the weekend giving massage to others around the festival. I was changed in some way.
Doesn't everyone need touch! I enjoy deep tissue and cranial massage. My mother gave me back rubs and head massages when I was a little one...thanks mom! My love language is touch.
I have a longstanding yoga practice (20+ years) and am into holistic healing. I have a strong body with large strong hands. I love giving massage.
