I am a yoga student and I am trained in yoga body psychology which can be "hands-free" or assisted. I guide you through various postures to assist with Chakra balancing. I also provide Yoga Nidra which is a sleep based meditation to improve sleep, decrease stress, and promote natural healing on the body to occur. ( open to all religious backgrounds )
