More About Me
I have always enjoyed and took interest in massage. I played golf competitively and found that stretching was very useful and helpful with flexibility. In massaging the body I place focus on tight muscles and work through them to loosen the muscles in the same way stretching is used. A greater relaxed state is the usual result on simple massage with this focus in mind.
