I am quite skilled and have given quite a few massages that last 3+ hours. I tend to incorporate pressure point and light stretching into most massages as well. I also have some skill in physical therapy for a number of chronic conditions to help alleviate them. I am personally fond of a good scalp massage or scratching. Touch is such a amazing and helpful for me. I can give a massage from light touch to elbows rubbing out knots.
