I believe in the healing power of touch. I am a life-long athlete and former college football player who unfortunately spends too much time sitting at my desk, in front of a computer. My back, hips, neck, and calves are often tight and benefit from massage / bodywork, and assisted stretching. I am a big strong man with large powerful hands, and I have been told I have a calming touch— I’m interested being directed by an experienced body worker, and / or learning together with a fellow novice. My goals are relaxation, improved functional range, and healthy/ moisturized skin.
