More About Me
I have enjoyed getting massages to elevate muscle soreness. Over thirty years ago, I had two shoulder surgeries on my left shoulder. My shoulder now has a metal rod inserted into it to stabilize it. Although it has not been an issue, I receive frequent massages to help keep my shoulder loose.
