I have been doing Massage for friends, family and partners for about 15 years now. I typically do a combination of energy work and targeted massage to help focused of problem areas combined with relaxation and overall decompression. Through various studies I've learned how to massage safely for those with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, Ehlos Danler syndrome, and for those who have shifting joints as well.
