I'm a novice, no formal training, I did have a professional athlete (hockey) friend that I gave massages to, worked out the lactic acid after training, I have lots of strength, hence to be able to work on such a dense muscle body..
I'm planning to start a intense workout routine post covid, and would want to receive massages, to be able to fix body of lactic acid, & to make sure I can have muscles stretched out, to avoid any injuries. Think it's important have the pressure points where knots tend to be when not massaged out, to relieve stress where most of us carry along neck/ shoulders..
