Hello there. I have no formal training. I have given & received massage for around 19 years to my friends & partners.
I practice deep tissue Massage and therapeutic touch.
Both can be deeply relaxing, restoring and therapeutic. Whilst I have some good self-massage techniques, I am looking for someone to work with on either therapeutic or senses based massage to teach me more. I have found that massage can release & help process deeply held somatic tension & ptsd type trauma.
