I'm more of a light to medium touch and focus on Swedish-style long strokes to relax muscles and improve circulation. I'm trying to learn how to provide trigger point massage for glutes and legs (because I love that massage myself). I had 3 weeks of massage training but could not complete the 16 week course because life happens. Very far from professional or certified, but I have an intuitive touch and follow directions very well.
