I have a lot of neck and shoulder tension that I am looking to release. I've also noticed wrist, elbow and forearm pain. So my focus would be on upper body. I prefer to only receive as I find that very healing. If I have to reciprocate it brings up anxiety within me. I'm sure that's temporary, but I figure I'd share to set the right expectations. I prefer not to host. I prefer people within the 35-38 age range, can go slightly older, but I don't think I would prefer anyone in their 50s or older, most likely. I also don't wish to travel more than 30 minutes at most, ideally maybe between 15-20 minutes, but I understand this isn't always a possibility. Thanks for reading.
