I have received many massages from professional therapist. I practice tai chi/ qi gong and through that I learned a lot about body awareness. I use technics I learned through all the therapist I have been to as well as what I have learned through my own self practices. I have been practicingf on my friends, family, partners that I have been with for several years. I really love the art of massage whether it’s giving or receiving. It’s such a great gift we can give one another.
