I have a good deal of experiences doing massage exchanges in the past, though I don’t have professional training. In giving, I’m very good with foot massages as well as shoulder, neck, and back. I have strong arms and can really get into the muscles or can take a more gentle approach. I’m very open to expanding my experiences with different types of massage. In receiving, I tend to feel my feet, neck, and shoulders need the most attention. While not massage per se, I am very interested in the Alexander Technique and would like to find ways to incorporate it. I live alone and can host in Cambridge.
