One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. The release of endorphins produce feelings of wellbeing.
I've been intrigued with massage and making people feel good, and have the chance to release these endorphins. I started learning at an early age from a woman i was dating going through massage school. She continued teaching me techniques and we practice on each other as I've expended over the yrs.
I wanna help my receiver feel good and transfer that energy.
