Looking to give and receive massage from a novice or an expert. I work out frequently through weight training, running, cycling, and swimming. Naturally, this creates wear/tear on the body. I stay active, eat healthy, and have put on several pounds of muscle that could use a strong pair of hands. On the other side, with me being so active I know where the sore spots are and can offer my strong hands to other guys who might experience the same areas of tension. I have equipment, can travel nearby, and can host. I know where the tough spots are on athletes, being one myself!
