While I am not a trained masseur, I’ve appreciated, as a runner, the amazing impact a good massage can have on the body. I’m not able to offer much in return but have learned a little over the years getting good massages. I do a lot of running and sit at a desk - so my primary soreness is in my lower back (running) and my shoulders/ upper back (from desk work). I love any opportunity to improve my ability to massage someone else, but cannot say I am especially talented. Looking more to receive, but certainly willing to try myself!
