I'm currently on a weight loss and weightlifting journey. Massage I have found to help. But I've only had a couple when possible. I've found that weight lifting definitely makes me sore and unable to do daily tasks every now and then. To be a practice body for someone would be great. I love deep tissue and open to other types. I can host depending on days. I can travel but only local to myself due to my job. I'm not able to reciprocate.
