I get a professional massage about once every 3-4 weeks.
I really enjoy giving a massage to others, but it is pretty infrequent.
I have no training whatsoever, but have thought about enrolling in some classes. Outside of that, I would like to create a sort of routine to effectively work on all parts of the body equally, and develop the ability to manage different pressures consistently. Every massage I've had has followed different routines and techniques and I enjoy them all and would like to work on creating my own "style".
