She carries a lot of tension in her shoulders, neck & back, gets migraines & tension headaches. She needs a hard deep pressure as well as someone who can focus on problem areas. He also carries a lot of tension in his shoulders (especially the traps) & back. He needs less deep pressure than she does. Full body is fine as well as focused massage or even reflexology/acupressure. We can offer massage though we have no formal training. We can do odd jobs & such. Communication is open & welcome.
