More About Me

Hello! I've been doing bodywork since I was 5. My father loved massage and started giving me an "allowance" for giving him foot massages. Later I went to a school in VA where I learned traditional massage. I studied with an osteopath where I learned a variety of neuromuscular techniques. I also attended 2 schools in Thailand where I learned Thai massage. I've studied a variety of additional modalities. Health and fitness have been, and continue to be, a passion of mine, and I love to share this knowledge and my skill with others.
