Formerly Swedish Massage Certified (2001 - American Institute of Massage Therapy, Ft Lauderdale, FL). Can do deep tissue on substantial knots and trigger points, but definitely am careful not to use too much pressure, which usually ruins a massage. (My opinion only)
Generally prefer a female who has some formal experience or has significant amount of massage experience so it doesn’t feel too random; a male must be formally trained. Not looking for hard core expert massage partner, just someone who knows what they like and can translate that to others. Although I had decent musculature, I don’t like really painful deep tissue work most times.
(I will upgrade my account once I’m actually contacted by a prospective massage partner…. New here)
