Been practicing as a provider for 2+ years and just completed the state required 500 hour course at a local massage school. I am now preparing for state exam and licensure. Previously worked at the school and had an additional 200 hours of hands on training with over 50 student interns in developing and refining their skills and was also an academic instructor (non massage hands on course). Undergrad degree in Biology so I understand anatomy, physiology and kinesiology and the human body and how to maximize the impact of a massage. My sessions include an optional stretching methodologies including pin and stretch and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) for a total full body relaxation. Non-smokers and only smoke free environments. I WILL NOT PAY TO READ YOUR MESSAGE.
