Hi I have over 30 years of bodywork experience, giving and receiving. My main techniques include medical and trigger point therapy. I also actively promote gua sha and am happy to teach basic technique to anybody interested. I also have an ionic foot detox machine, a cervical Posture Pump, ear candles and more. I am very fit and run a landscaping business locally in the Hot Springs area. I am very strong and have no issues with endurance =)
