More About Me
Receiver of massage many times, and have had the chance to practice a lot lately. Have had a pretty active lifestyle from baseball to soccer to cross country, then to most forms of dance classes and weightlifting, to lots of roller skating over the last few years, trying to add weightlifting and running—and maybe dancing—back into the mix. Easy to see that I end up quite sore. Based on knowing the soreness/tightness of my own body and the many ways muscles function in their main actions and in assisting each other in more complex/compound movements, and with the chance to practice more and more lately, I’d love the chance to help you feel better and practice more, and of course would love to receive some work as well haha.
