I did many years of courses at Southerland-Chan clinic in Canada for lay-people (not certified programs). I also have given and received massage at human potential trainings, including ISTA and Cold Mountain Institute. I had weekly massages from a therapist I met at Hippocrates Health Institute. I very much enjoy giving massage, and have been told that I am better than a professional (professionally I have worked as a computer programmer and journalist).
