Like receiving more than giving but not averse to trading.
I usually get massaged in a studio by professionals once or twice every 3 months mainly for relaxation and loosening up the muscles. In the past, I was a distance runner (stopped due to toll on joints) and would use massage as part of my training. I miss the frequent massage sessions.
I have no formal training but did learn some techniques through experience. I use to trade massages with other runners to help with the budget. Was complimented on my techniques by several folks.
I’m a very healthy person and take no medications. Except for the occasional glass of wine, I neither drink excessively nor use recreational drugs.
I’m looking for partners who enjoy and want to share massage experiences, I look forward to hearing from other members using this site.
