More About Me
I was a professional ballet dancer training from the ages of age 13-23. I have been practicing ashtanga yoga since 2014 and became a registered yoga teacher in 2017. I have a master attunement in Reiki and have extensive understanding of anatomy and massage. I have been intentionally developing my massage practice for the past 10 years.
