I have always been very intuitive with my body and have found great joy in physical activities...physical labour, exercise, hiking, meditation, breath work, massage, sauna...ect . I have always been a very touchy person and find deep comfort in hugging and physical connection. Though untrained at massage I have always been around it and practiced bodywork and believe I have a gift for it.
