I like to workout 3-5 times/week with my friends. During COVID and since I couldn’t go to the gym, I started swimming 4-4 times/week. With working out so much, my muscles hurt. My chiropractor recommends that I get a massage prior to adjustments for them to be effective. However, since I’m currently unemployed, I’m not able to afford them on a weekly basis.
