**🥺 my neck ams shoulder are making my life miserable. But have been stuck on bedrest last couple months due to surgery, and my whole body is sore and the pain is keeping me from sleeping. ** A lifetime of complicated musculoskeletal issues has led to an intricate knowledge of the mapping of connections and complications throughout the body. Have worked closely with several chiropractors, massage specialists, neurologists, and have spent thousands of hours working on my own body to understand how a pain in one spot can be caused by something seemingly insignificant in a completely different part of the body. I enjoy helping people get a lot more familiar with the workings of their shoulders and how everything is connected to the neck, spine, butt, front ribs, calves, even down to the feet. The upper body is my particular specialty, and finding hidden stress zones and cranial fasciae release are extra skills. Also incorporate stretches and body positioning for best massage and stretching benefits. I do physical therapy every day. Anyone else need a partner?
