I receive massages at least once a month. More if I can. I’ve enjoyed giving and receiving bodywork for over 15 years. During the Covid pandemic I returned to school to earn credentials in wellness and therapeutic touch. I graduated from one of the oldest massage schools in Southern California in 2021. I have over 800 hours of training and clinic experience in a multitude of modalities.
