More About Me
As the name implies the exchange factor is all important, massage can be a somewhat one sided affair, it is good to give as well as receive!
I have no formal training as such just many years experience and informal study, a family member is a qualified sports therapist and another introduced me to osteopathy practices over 30 years ago.
My hopes are somewhat selfish, to find someone interested in keeping my ageing joints from stiffening up as opposed to just me doing the same for them!
