I usually receive bodywork on a bi-weekly basis, unless my
normal everyday profession has me working away from home, and then it's usually weekly....more stress=more massage!!!!
As for giving bodywork/massage, it was a few times a week, until the pandemic.....and then it fizzled out, only once a week MAYBE!!!!
As for training, I have a close friend who is a masseuse, who has helped me with techniques and methods....
My goals here are to make new friends who have the same passion as myself, and that is to help others decompress from their stressful lives ....
