The practice of bodywork holds a unique place in my life, offering both a source of relaxation and a way to practice my personal interest. Reflecting on my journey, I find that the frequency of receiving and giving bodywork has evolved over time.
In terms of receiving bodywork, I'm a frequent customer of massage treatment. These sessions have always left me with a profound sense of well-being and relaxation, motivating me to explore bodywork more extensively.
On the other side of the equation, my experience with giving bodywork is more limited. While I've occasionally provided massages or bodywork to friends and family, I haven't undergone formal training in this field. However, I'm quite interested in expanding my knowledge and skill set in bodywork, and I hope to receive some guidance and training in the future.
Speaking of training, it's always been an aspiration of mine to undergo formal bodywork training. I believe that learning the techniques and principles behind bodywork would not only enhance my personal practice but also enable me to provide this healing experience to others more effectively.
