More About Me
I've always been intrigued by the art and science of massage, stemming from the rich traditions and cultural practices of my heritage in the Indus Valley civilization. While I'm relatively new to the formal world of bodywork, I've imbibed a lot from the knowledge passed down through generations in my family. Additionally, I've taken an active step to immerse myself further by attending an introductory course at Bodyology in London. The experience was illuminating and deepened my respect and appreciation for the craft.
How often have you received bodywork?
While I have occasionally received messages influenced by my cultural background, my formal exposure to bodywork has been relatively recent since September 2022 when I arrived in the UK. Since my course at Bodyology, I've been keen on experiencing various techniques and have started to receive messages more regularly to understand and appreciate the nuances.
How often have you given bodywork?
I have offered informal messages to friends and family based on the techniques and knowledge from my cultural background. Since attending the Bodyology course, I've been practicing the techniques learned, albeit on an amateur level, hoping to refine my skills further.

I recently attended a one-day introductory course at Bodyology in London. The experience was both educational and transformative. It provided me with a foundational understanding of bodywork, blending both theory and hands-on practice. Additionally, I have gleaned some techniques and understanding from the traditional methods of my culture.
What are your goals in our massage exchange community?
I am eager to dive deeper into the world of bodywork. My primary goal in joining this community is to gain hands-on experience, both in giving and receiving massages, which I believe is pivotal to truly understanding and appreciating the art of massage. I'm also keen on exchanging knowledge, learning from seasoned practitioners, and contributing to a space where enthusiasts support and uplift each other. I see this as a wonderful opportunity for growth, connection, and mutual learning.
