I am mainly here to provide good massage and improve my skills, but I do not have formal massage training but have done some study on my own. I have gotten positive feedback on my massage skills over the years, and it has given me motivation to continue to apply myself at getting better.
With body massage, I tend to work carefully and take my time to understand how much pressure works for you. I do like to give deep tissue if desired. I enjoy searching for hidden tension in the muscle and working it out. Don't mind chatting during massage if you like, but it seems most people prefer to zone out a bit to relax further, which is great.
The world is a stressful place, and I think massage is a great way to manage stress and maintain good health. Also about me, I am a swm, 5'8, 170, no facial hair.
