I receive bodywork occasionally and definitely open to something more frequent. I'm a newbie at giving bodywork but I'm willing and enthusiastic and would to love to get some practice at it. I don't have any formal taining in any way, but I follow that intuitive part of me, knowing when to be gentle and when to apply more pressure. I believe good communication is always key.
