More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
Certified in 2016, I was licensed by the state of PA and employed in a well-known chain spa for 3.5 years. During that time I picked up on a couple of modalities, becoming especially adept at hot stone and deep tissue work. My vibe is generally more relaxing than therapeutic but I can do either. The one thing I could never quite pick up on was trigger point therapy, so if that's your jam you'll have to look elsewhere...sorry! I have a dedicated and general use room in my private house, relatively quiet neighborhood, my own equipment and supplies, however I can travel if needed.
I quit the profession in 2019 due to low pay and frustration with the location I worked at and returned to my former career as a professional in pharmaceuticals, however I do miss the lovely clients and positive experiences I had during that time. I am no longer licensed and therefore cannot be paid legally, but exchanges sounds like a great way for me to keep my skill sharp and meet others who enjoy massage as much as I do.
