mostly just amateur "can you rub my shoulders" or "i need some back rubbing" ive been told im good at it and that was sans oils or w/e so im down to give someone a comfy rub down, im not trained in anyway i just do what feels right and take input as i go, other than some like, back stroking/petting to help me relax some nights from friends i dont think ive ever really received massage, mostly itd just be nice to trade some relaxing time or occasional "this is tense can you rub it" type stuff
