I have been in car accident hit n run all I have is pip insurance so they win. I have to try to manage my back pain muscle spasms. I having difficulty managing my life with this set back my car is seriously messed up which was my income as Uber/ lyft now I have labor employment I can’t bend to do but still do. I need help but no extra income for treatment. Willing to see what is possible help
