I have received many massages when I was in physical therapy for injury.
Also as an athlete I will from time to time go to a spa for a sports massage or help relieve tension in trouble areas.
I'm a big runner and compete in spartan races. So naturally my trouble areas tend to be my calfs and quads. Mostly my right calf, and both quads. Also shoulders, they get tight easily and have early onset arthritis.
Looking for someone to help get some knots out of my legs as I have also began training for a ironman race
