a life time spent as an artist and athlete has left me with numerous injuries. leading me to practice Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique and work these into my own massage practice . through subtle manipulation of the spine and observing movements from the the sacrum to the cranium I seem to be able to recognize areas needing release and work towards softening them. I also spend a considerate amount of time compiling massage playlists. right now my current goal is to film my work in both and documented version. if anyone wishes to assist me with this i would be so grateful to have a chance to show my work on film and there is no need to have a face in the video.
