In the late 90s my then wife was pregnant and she had me massage her back and legs and she said that I was a natural massage guy and she had a very long friendship with a couple who were trained in massage in Sweden and Japan and she got them to agree to train me in a professional fashion but they were not really interested in making me a student but more of a in house trainee at their home and their massage business where they were being able to give me the bulk of the clients and little of the money and at their home they had me watching them give each other massages and they had me then give them the same massage I'd just seen and if I missed a step I'd be given the worst jobs in the house and massage business including my first time being groped by a man who enjoyed my talents more and more than I was expecting and the owners were in hysterics seeing me exit the room with my naked client in hot pursuit until they corralled him and gave him a talking to which resulted in his apology and a tip that paid my phone bill and I have often thought that had he offered me just slightly more he'd have been a very happy man after getting a private massage in the comfort of his own home and bedroom because he had no idea what that money meant for the wife and I and I continued my apprenticeship with her friends the entire time she was pregnant and she was very honest with me about my progress and the way she felt when I finished her massages became something that helped me to get better. But when my son was born I was unable to continue making a pittance being the apprentice and other than massaging my wife in the remaining few years we were together I didn't massage anyone until 2019 and the passion was still there and I had a good client who had never had a massage til I gave her the first one I did in 15yrs and she became my business partner and she'd send her friends in exchange for free massaging for her and then I trained her and we started getting a good reputation for our work.
