I've had chronic pain for years and get regular massages. I took a shiatsu class and also was trained in India from a professional Ayurveda Massage Professional. I still go about once a month for 1.5 hrs of deep tissue but would like to do more. If I could afford it, I would get a massage everyday. Looking to trade massages, my wife does nice work but she does not have strong hands. I need really deep and hard massages. I've done some Tai massage and would like to get into that some more.
