I am very fit, a mature man, very professional and a total gentleman. I look at this as an art form, and am self-taught. Would describe my modality as Swedish with a little bit of pressure. Deep tissue can leave the body sore and it’s my choice not to offer that as I want the session to be enjoyable and relaxing. I retired early in life and have enjoyed my time researching massage methods. Retired 1/1/25 from 34 years in public service…. Time to enjoy life a bit and give back with some relaxation.
