Over the past decade, my journey as a massage therapist has been one of dedication, growth, and a deep commitment to the well-being of my clients. I’ve specialized in a variety of techniques, from the soothing flow of Swedish massage to the more focused work of Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, helping people release tension and restore balance in their bodies. My practice of Shiatsu, using acupressure points to harmonize energy flow, has allowed me to offer a holistic approach that many of my clients have found truly beneficial. Working with craniosacral therapy has been especially rewarding, as it taps into the deeper layers of the body’s healing processes through gentle manipulation of the nervous system. Over the years, I’ve strived to create a space where my clients can feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. I’m proud of the nurturing environment I’ve built, and of the many ways I’ve been able to help people feel restored, both physically and emotionally. I look forward to continuing this work for many years to come!
