More About Me
My background in a nutshell:
Massage has been an integral part of my life since early 1980s, when I had my first formal training as a part of a 2-year long beautician training in my native Finland. Those 2 years provided me with 90 hours formal training in Classical Massage.
Since then I've studied and worked in other professional fields and have a scientific background. However, as I love to give and receive massage, it has been my hobby ever since those first two years.
Having moved to live in UK and becoming a mother, I finally decided to work practicing massage full time and enrolled on a course in a London based massage school in 2007. Since then I've qualified in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Thai Yoga Massage.
I am based in Aylesbury, Bucks.
I've practiced soft martial arts and energy work (Aikido, Qi Gong) and I like to practice yoga and stretching on a regular basis. I am also interested in Shiatsu, but do not have formal training in this.
I currently offer therapies Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Thai Yoga Massage.
