An informal knowledge from experiences. 42 years heavy labour meant I have needed not only ostiopathic ajustments, but deep tissue work done on myself. Many times I have helped others out with attempting massage myself with great results. I am told I have very healing hands and hugs. It's one thing to be nutrient deficient, but far worse to suffer touch deficiency. So I thought I would reach out and play my hands on contribution to healing in the world.
