I am told I have very strong thumbs and a good sense of where to go looking for knots and hidden tension. I'm strong but have no problem backing off if less pressure is needed for you. I do yoga, run a bit, and do high intensity interval training a few times a week so I'm in very good shape and understand the human body pretty well. I'm generally a bit more into medium pressure in the neck and shoulders area but maximum pressure for mid back, low back, glute and legs for myself.
